How do I schedule a tour of the community?
Tours may be scheduled online, by calling the leasing office directly, or by walking in during office hours.

What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn two and a half times the monthly rent in gross income.
What is your Application and Administrative Fee?
$50.00 per adult applicant. The administrative fee is $200.00.

Our administrative fee is $200 per unit.
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Our security deposit is $500.00 up to one month’s rent with approved credit. The maximum deposit is up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. We require $100,000 in liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after the 4th.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50.00 late fee is charged on the 4th, plus $10.00 per day until paid in full.

What utilities are required in the rent?
An amenity fee covers water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for electric service.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and full-size washer and dryer.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Washer and dryer are included in all apartment homes.
What amenities are available for residents?
24-hour emergency maintenance, access to public transportation, assigned and covered parking, courtesy patrol, garages available, modern clubhouse, newly renovated fitness center, package receiving, gated access, pet-friendly spaces, picnic areas with barbecues, resort-style pool and poolside lounge, fire pit with outdoor lounge, and Wi-Fi in common areas.
Is parking available, and is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Each unit includes one assigned covered parking space at no additional charge.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
No.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
Yes.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. Residents may place service requests through the online resident portal.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes! We host periodic resident events - follow us on social media, check flyers around the community, and look out for text updates with upcoming event details.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
No, we do not currently offer a preferred employer or student discount program.
